Alright, before we know it, June 19 is going to be upon us. Oh crap, well I ran around the block about 3 weeks ago. I'm ready to go, let's do this!! Who is going to say this? This sites' intention is to be a forum to log/track/motivate us all to be ready for the Ragnar Wasatch Back. Feel free to post runs you will be doing that some of the rest of us can join in on, training tips, anything really, ideas for world domination, you name it, it will be welcome. If there are those who need to be called out, well then so be it. Public humiliation is a great motivator.
