Saturday Morning Run Report

5:45 am, 39 degrees. The time was ok. I wasn't ready for the cold. Buuurrrrr. I figured if I'm running a 10k next Saturday, I felt I needed some miles in my legs. My legs felt otherwise. They flat out objected. It was a beautiful morning though. Can you beat the Spring Mountains at first light?





I'm anxious to see those who are running the Vof F run next Saturday. While my 6 miles on Saturday felt akin to hell, my 4 miles this morning went well.
Matt, I know you stalk here so after Thanksgiving, I'll be ready to do the Round the Mountain run. Wanna go? I'll let you know. JB still hasn't been on this one yet, he might be ready.
