Ragnar Las Vegas

Thanks to JB for posting the tribe and their leg distances. I'm very, very excited to run the LV Ragnar as I missed out, voluntarily, on Wasatch Back this year. I had a great swim this morning, so I think I have recovered from the tri this past weekend. Plus, I have a new pair of kicks I'm trying out. Having run in Asics Nimbus' for like 4 years, I have gone off the reservation. I'm currently testing some Pearl Izumi's. Be sure to check back next week after I have a few runs in them for a little review. I am really excited to meet some of the new Chasquis. Some I know, but don't really "know". I see Chasquis Belinda and McKay every Sunday almost, but can I tell you one thing about either of them? I say "nay". So after 24 some odd hours in a van with Belinda, she leaves screaming, "I never want to see sweaty, stinky Chasqui Morgan again as long as I live," we'll know she knows a little too much about me. Ha, ha, ha I thought that was kind of funny. Seriously, Van 2 Chasquis we are going to have an awesome time. We have really short breaks so we will be seriously delirious by the time we roll into the Red Rock Resort. Van 2 also gets the St George contingent, WOOP! WOOP! Leisel and Margaret will be fresh off the San Jorge Marathon. Those "sticks" will be primed for some desert woop ass. Margret, if you read the blog, take a minute and throw up a little info about you, jus cuz. Ok I have rambled long enough. I'm glad we got the blog back up. I even have a list of entry topics to last awhile. So JB, you and I have something to read. Get out and go for a run.
