This, as you all may know, is the slap bracelet or "baton" we used in this past Ragnar Relay. We all wore it, we all sweat on it, we passed it one to another. JB and I get together at the end of each Ragnar and decide who gets the honor of receiving the "baton" to keep. JB and I think this is pretty special, I hope you all agree. This years recipient is Chasqui Trent. This was pretty unanimous. It didn't take us long to decide either. I'll tell you why.
Trent probalaby would have won the bracelet for the Del Sol Relay in Arizona back in February, but Chasqui Sandy ran 2 long legs while pretty much on her death bed. In Del Sol Trent tackled the legs totaling the highest milage. He did the same thing for Raganr LV, 18 some odd miles if I remember. And the guy doesn't know quit. He just runs, and runs, and runs, and then runs some more. So Trent, here's to you for your ability to Chasqui up. You deserve it. Either JB or I will get you the bracelet soon. How 'bout some love for Trent.

Upon receiving this highly coveted award, I would like to first off, thank all those who voted for me. I campaigned long and hard for this honor, not to mention I paid off one of the judges Ok, in all seriousness, you guys are so awesome. What a great team. It was so much fun. We all sweat and bled into that bracelet. I am going to wear it every day for the rest of my life.----Trent
