.....well at least to the 3 or 4 of you who read this blog. Lots to come in the year ahead. Wow, did you all know Ragnar Del Sol is a little more than a month away? Chasquis ready? Hope so.
Last Saturday, Chasqui Jordan and I got back home from 8 days skiing and boarding at 8,000 ft. I though I would be ready to let loose once back in the low lands. Monday morning I showed up at spin class. Chasqui Heather can attest, it was not easy. My lungs still had the altitude advantage, but the legs were quite another story. My 5 mile run this morning was much better. I decided to blame it on the fact that Saturday we spent 12 hours in our return to Vegas.
