Ragnar So Cal is 2 months away

Today I can't help but think of the Ragnasties that are running Del Sol over the next 24 some odd hours. That start line, by that lake in Prescott was beautiful. So glad I got the car started. Overall a super fun race through the Arizona desert. That brings me to the thoughts I had for today.

Ragnar So Cal is more or less 2 months away. A long time? Not by any stretch of the imagination. Even though the city fathers of Malibu are huge DOUCHE BAGS, this race will be a blast. Thinking I might boycott Malibu for the rest of my life. Haven't had Malibu as a destination in my travels for 41 years, don't need to start now. I'll be interested to see how the Ragnar folks re-route us. Hopefully they don't cut a whole van's worth of legs. JB, keep us up to date with those race bible changes. After 2 weeks of doing absolutely nothing, I got back at training this week. I had a beautiful run this morning at dawn. I didn't expect a run like this one for another couple of weeks. I even swam during my lunch hour on Thurs. Have I mentioned to ya'll how much I love the water and swimming? That's another blog probably. I probably love it like JB loves the Runnin Rebels. You all know that fanaticism. Super excited to run So Cal. Keep training, stay healthy, throw a blog post up from time to time and let us know what is up. I'd love to read some training posts from McKay, Mason and Warnie. Those guys are tearing up the pavement on their training runs as of late. Keep it up gents, it motivates all of us.
